MediGallery Account & Data Deletion

In accordance with Google Play data protection policies, MediGallery provides full data ownership and deletion mechanisms for all registered healthcare users.

How to Delete Your Account and Data

Option 1: In-App Instant Deletion (Recommended)

Open the MediGallery app on your mobile device.
Go to Settings > Account.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Confirm deletion. Your user profile, access tokens, and owned clinic media will be permanently deleted immediately.

Option 2: Web Deletion Request Form

If you no longer have access to the MediGallery app, you can submit an email deletion request to our privacy team:

Send an email from your registered Google account email address to: actionapp.actionstar@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Please include your Clinic Name and Account Email. Your account, clinics, and all uploaded patient photographs will be permanently deleted within 7 business days.

Data Retention Policy

When an account is deleted:

All personal identification records and Google Auth tokens are permanently removed from Google Firebase.
All encrypted photos, videos, and thumbnails in Cloudflare R2 belonging to owned clinics are purged.
We do not retain backup archives of deleted clinical records.
