MediGallery ("we", "our", or "the App") is a clinical photography and patient case management application built exclusively for medical, dental, and healthcare practitioners. We prioritize data protection, patient privacy, and HIPAA-aligned security standards.

1. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Name, email address, and Google account profile identifier provided during authentication.
• Clinical Media & Patient Records: Clinical photographs, comparison photos, short procedural video clips, captions, and patient identifiers entered by authorized clinic staff.
• Subscription & Purchase Data: In-app purchase transaction tokens processed securely through Google Play Billing. We never store or process credit card details directly.
• App Performance & Crash Analytics: Anonymous diagnostic logs and crash reports collected via Firebase Crashlytics to maintain application stability.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To organize, store, and display clinical media for your healthcare practice.
• To enable multi-device synchronization and automatic cloud backups across your authorized clinic members.
• To process subscription plans and feature access via Google Play.

3. Data Protection and Encryption

All clinical media, patient identifiers, and database records are encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3) and encrypted at rest using AES-256 standards on Cloudflare R2 and Google Cloud Firestore.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or monetize personal or clinical data. We only utilize trusted infrastructure providers to deliver app services:

• Google Firebase: User authentication, database metadata, and crash diagnostics.
• Cloudflare R2: Encrypted object storage for high-resolution clinical media.
• Google Play Billing: Subscription transaction processing.

5. Account & Data Deletion

You have the right to request permanent deletion of your account and all associated patient media at any time. You may delete your account directly inside the app under Settings > Account > Delete Account, or via our web deletion portal at Account Deletion Request.
